Electro-Shop is an e-commerce website system, allowing you to host a catalogue of your products online and take payment for them via credit and debit cards.
Our Content Management System (CMS) has been integrated with Electro-Shop. This allows you to edit the content of your online shop, simply by logging into the admin area of your website. From there you will be able to change the content of the website, menu links etc. as easily as sending a webmail, or blogging. You have complete control over the number of products and pages in your website.
Electro-Shop has integrated customer behaviour monitoring software. This allows you to see how your visitors move through your website, what they added to their shopping cart, what they removed, regardless of whether they completed the order process or not.
Monitoring customer behaviour on your website is vital. It will help you get the best possible conversion rate (page clicks to sales ratio) of visitors. If customers came to your website, looked around, added things to their shopping cart and then left, you would need to know why. By monitoring the process any areas where extra sales have been missed can be identified so in the future those sales can be caught.
Electro-Shop also includes seasonal e-mail mail outs to your customer database using our Electro-Mail system. We will create an e-mail template to go along with your website, all you need to do is supply us with the text for your mail out, and we will send it out to your customer database. Electro-Mail also has the facility to profile customers, and segment your mailing list, so you can send personalised messages to different customer groups for most effective marketing.
